People over 70 or with existing medical conditions
Currently those over 70 or those with existing medical conditions are advised to stay at home.
Surgery Bookings
Surgery bookings for people over 70 or with existing medical conditions will be assessed on a clinical urgency basis. If surgery is not-essential at this time, it will be postponed to a later date.
Clinic Consultations
Non-urgent clinic consultations for people over 70 or with existing medical conditions may be postponed to a later date. Patients affected by this will be contacted by our administration team. In some instance your specialist may complete your consultation by phone or video.
Clinic and Specialist Appointments
- If you have travelled overseas in the 14 days prior to your appointment, or
- If you have come into close contact with anyone who has a suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19), or
- If you are displaying flu-like symptoms including sneezing, coughing, high temperature (over 38 degrees)…
