Dr David Orsbourn is a specialist Appearance Medicine Practitioner and Phlebologist based in Nelson. He comes from a background of 20+ years General Practice before setting up – Enhanceskin -Cosmetic, Medical, and Vein Clinic. He is a Fellow of both the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners and the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine.

Dr Orsbourn has been offering EVLA in Nelson at his practice, “Enhanceskin” and saw a significant increase in enquiries from the Marlborough region. He says “with the new building opening at Churchill Private Hospital it seemed like perfect timing, and far more sense for me to begin a clinic there and travel to Blenheim, than to expect patient’s to travel to Nelson for their treatment and follow up”. He is now travelling over to Blenheim fortnightly to keep up with demand.
He is using the new Venacure 1470nm EVLT Laser which has been shown in early clinical data to provide a very high level of patient satisfaction due to the combination of excellent efficacy with minimal post-procedure pain, bruising, and interruption of normal activities.
